The Surfside Beach city ordinance limiting an RVs stay in an RV park to a maximum of six months was REPEALED on Dec 11, 2007. Residents of an RV park in the village of Surfside Beach are no longer required to move out after staying six months.

| The Surfside Beach RV Park is a friendly, well established RV park located in the main downtown area of the small resort community of Surfside Beach, Texas. If you like sun, surf and sand this is the place to be.
The city of Surfside Beach is a small friendly island community created by the Gulf of Mexico and the Intercoastal Waterway. With an average yearly temperature of 71 degrees and its miles of unspoiled shoreline, it's a perfect retreat.
This resort community is located on the Gulf of Mexico about 50 miles south of Houston and about 40 miles south/west of Galveston

| The Surfside Beach RV Park is located about two blocks from the Gulf of Mexico beach and about two blocks from the Intercoastal Waterway. There are souvenir shops, t-shirt shops, surfboard rental shops, bar and grills, restaurants, a large church, a gas station and convenience store with an ATM and other businesses within a block of this RV Park. The Surfside Beach fire and EMS station is about two blocks from the park. |
| There is a large marina accommodating large offshore boats, two large covered dry storage facility for small to medium sized boats and several bait shops and boat ramps just a few blocks from the park. The immediate area also has several party boat businesses providing offshore sport fishing. There are many fishing and crabbing spots in the immediate area. |
| The Surfside Beach RV Park has large full hookup RV sites. Each site includes electric, water and sewer. Both 30 Amp and 50 Amp service is available. Most of our sites are large pull-thru sites.
Large rigs and rigs with slide-outs are welcome.
We have an onsite laundry for registered guests.
We are located two blocks from the Gulf of Mexico beach, a few blocks from a protected jetty and two to four blocks from several large bait shops and boat ramps.
